Enpasso is a product operated by Enpasso Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using any part of the Enpasso service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Enpasso provides an AI-powered chess coaching platform. Features include game import and review, an AI coaching interface, puzzle training, and personalised training programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Enpasso offers monthly and annual paid subscriptions, purchased on the Enpasso website. Depending on your billing region, payment is processed by Paystack (Nigeria) or Polar (international) on behalf of Enpasso Limited. The applicable terms and policies of whichever processor handles your purchase also apply to that purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month, and annual subscriptions renew automatically each year, unless you cancel them. Subscriptions are managed through the billing portal available in Enpasso Settings → Billing, hosted by your billing processor.
Free accounts receive a one-time coaching allowance. Paid plan allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle — monthly plans refill every month, and annual plans are granted upfront for the full year. Enpasso does not sell one-time credit top-ups.
Cancellation, renewal, account hold, grace period, and resubscription are handled by your billing processor (Paystack or Polar). We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law or that processor’s policies.
For refund requests or questions about an Enpasso subscription, contact support@enpasso.com. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Where our billing processor or applicable law requires a particular notice, consent, or price-change process, that process applies.

You retain ownership of chess games and data you import. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content in order to deliver the coaching and analysis features.
We do not claim ownership of your games, annotations, or coaching conversations.
Coaching responses and annotations are generated by AI. They are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis and it should not be treated as professional advice. Always verify critical positions independently.
The Service integrates with third-party chess platforms (such as Lichess) and payment processors (Paystack and Polar) for web purchases. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Account deletion is immediate and permanent — all of your imported games, repertoires, prep sessions, and coaching history will be removed.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enpasso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
