Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Enpasso is a product operated by NeuraGuide Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using any part of the Enpasso service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Enpasso provides an AI-powered chess coaching platform. Features include game import and review, an AI coaching interface, puzzle training, and personalised training programs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

—You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
—You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
—You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
—One person may not maintain more than one free account.
—You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paystack on behalf of NeuraGuide Limited. By subscribing, you authorise Paystack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis and accept the associated plan terms.

Free coaching credits refresh every 30 days from the date your account was created. Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. One-time credit top-ups are stored in a separate balance and do not expire.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your initial subscription. To exercise this right, contact support@enpasso.com within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the standard refund policy applies.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

—Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
—Attempt to circumvent credit or usage limits
—Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract AI model weights or outputs at scale
—Upload or transmit malicious code
—Impersonate another person or entity
—Use the coaching interface to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
—Use the AI coaching features in ways that violate applicable AI provider usage policies
—Share your account credentials with others

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of chess games and data you import. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content in order to deliver the coaching and analysis features.

We do not claim ownership of your games, annotations, or coaching conversations.

7. AI-Generated Content

Coaching responses and annotations are generated by AI. They are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis and it should not be treated as professional advice. Always verify critical positions independently.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party chess platforms (such as Lichess) and a third-party payment processor. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Account deletion is immediate and permanent — all of your imported games, repertoires, prep sessions, and coaching history will be removed.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enpasso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
